LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized certification system for sustainable buildings developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). It evaluates buildings according to their energy efficiency, environmental friendliness and interior quality. LEED also considers indoor air quality and sets high standards for this. In order to receive LEED certification, compliance must be proven by continuous air quality measurement. The air-Q meets the high demands that WELL places on air quality measurement.
The smart alarms can be signaled as a push message, by e-mail, visually via the LEDs on the air-Q or acoustically.
