The offline alarm alerts you to critical system failures

The air-⁠Q's offline alarm is triggered when the air-⁠Q loses its Internet connection. This can happen during a power outage, for example, due to a blackout. A blackout can also occur if the Internet connection or power supply is cut off due to a potential fire. The air-⁠Q’s offline alarm is therefore an important safety feature that triggers a push notification or email as soon as something goes wrong.

The offline alarm is based on an analysis of the data updates that the air-⁠Q sends to the air-⁠Q Cloud. If the expected data stream is interrupted, an offline alarm is triggered.
